Laporan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam standar pelayanan akademik, dengan mayoritas responden memberikan penilaian pada kategori &#8220;Sangat Baik&#8221;<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1747\" height=\"983\" src=\"https:\/\/pti.fkip.unila.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2025-edited-1.png\" alt=\"Grafik Kepuasan Mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknologi Informasi Unila 2025\" class=\"wp-image-3834\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pti.fkip.unila.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2025-edited-1.png 1747w, https:\/\/pti.fkip.unila.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2025-edited-1-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/pti.fkip.unila.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2025-edited-1-1024x576.png 1024w, https:\/\/pti.fkip.unila.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2025-edited-1-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/pti.fkip.unila.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2025-edited-1-1536x864.png 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1747px) 100vw, 1747px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tren Positif: Mayoritas Layanan di Atas 90%<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_c54f85171904b198-87\">Berdasarkan survei yang dilaksanakan pada 07-14 Juli 2025 terhadap 103 mahasiswa aktif angkatan 2021-2024, tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa secara umum berada pada rentang sangat tinggi, yakni antara <strong>86,60% hingga 93,14%<\/strong><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>. Capaian ini mencakup lima indikator utama layanan pendidikan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness):<\/strong> Menjadi indikator tertinggi dengan raihan <strong>93,63%<\/strong> Sangat Baik, menunjukkan kesigapan dosen dan pengelola dalam membantu mahasiswa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kepastian (Assurance):<\/strong> Sebesar <strong>91,50%<\/strong> responden merasa sangat yakin terhadap kesesuaian pelayanan dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Empati (Empathy):<\/strong> Kesediaan dosen dan staf untuk peduli terhadap perhatian mahasiswa mencapai <strong>90,85%<\/strong> Sangat Baik.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Keandalan (Reliability):<\/strong> Sebanyak <strong>90,69%<\/strong> mahasiswa mengapresiasi kemampuan profesional dosen dan tenaga kependidikan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sarana dan Prasarana (Tangible):<\/strong> Indikator fasilitas fisik mencatat angka <strong>90,82%<\/strong> Sangat Baik.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inovasi Pembelajaran yang Relevan<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_c54f85171904b198-93\">Mahasiswa menilai proses pembelajaran di PSPTI telah berjalan dengan sangat terstruktur dan kontekstual<sup><\/sup>. Salah satu poin keunggulan yang disoroti adalah materi perkuliahan yang tidak hanya membahas teori lama, tetapi aktif mengangkat tren teknologi terkini, sehingga sangat relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja saat ini<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>. Selain itu, informasi mengenai beasiswa, magang, dan peluang kerja dinilai sangat aktif disebarluaskan<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Aspirasi untuk Perbaikan Berkelanjutan<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Meskipun tingkat kepuasan tergolong tinggi, laporan ini juga menangkap beberapa masukan penting dari mahasiswa guna mengoptimalkan pengalaman belajar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Stabilitas Infrastruktur Digital:<\/strong> Perlunya peningkatan kualitas jaringan internet di beberapa titik kampus yang masih sering mengalami gangguan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kenyamanan Ruang Fisik:<\/strong> Masukan mengenai perawatan AC kelas, pembaruan kabel HDMI, hingga harapan besar terhadap percepatan penyelesaian pembangunan gedung tetap bagi Prodi PTI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Layanan Pengaduan Terpadu:<\/strong> Usulan penyediaan sistem <em>helpdesk<\/em> resmi sebagai wadah penyampaian keluhan teknis secara <em>real-time<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Komitmen Mutu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_c54f85171904b198-97\">Ketua TPMPS PTI FKIP Unila, Margaretha Karolina Sagala, M.Pd., menyampaikan bahwa hasil evaluasi ini akan menjadi basis bagi program studi untuk terus berinovasi dan memperkuat praktik berbasis industri<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>.
